"Do you have red color in this?"

"How is it looking...good no!!!!

"I like the design but they dont have my size...."

"You are hopless....you dont help me in shopping"

"She is wearing Fab india Kurta no!!

"Thoda aur dekhte hain.....jaldi kya hai...abhi to aaye hain!!


These are few lines which must have heard often ( if you have girlfriend,& If you have not,dont worry,you will get one,Everybody gets,No body is spared!!)

The only thing that every girl happy is the shopping,Men are just there to lift the shopping bags,Just see the smile on a girl's face when u say shopping,many couples in the malls,just see,girls are really smiling & happy while guys are just standing along or generally found standing in lines the pay the bill ( which is only saddest part,beleive apart from this,rest of shopping is really a experience in itself) & the girl still looking for some more clothes & more clothes & more clothes.

Few points

1.At home,they really know what they are need( i really have less no of tops,my jeans is old,just 2 T shirts i need to buy thats all),but when they are looking,the guy is standing with 2 jeans,3 t shirts,2 kurtas,one handbag outside the trial rooms when the girl is trying ....( thats y the rule of only 3 garments for trial at atime must have been made...thank god...he has only 3 at one go)...& the great part is she is coming again & again to show him how she is looking,while he want to excercise the option that this top is really bullshit & u r looking ugliest but instead he chooses to say...Nice.....buy one....

2.Whenever a girl says ,how it is looking,If guy says,its looking great...girls gives second look to it & keeps it back in the rack.......color acha nahi hai na...isliye....& when it happens repeatedly ,the guy ( the hero) says yes to all clothes & still at the receiving end...tumko to har cheezhi achai lagti hai,sach batao,not good,tumko jaldi hai na isliye keh rahe ho na....what the hell!!!

3.Just see if two girls have gone for shopping,the no of units ( clothes) bought will be less in comparison to when a girl goes with a guy,see it matters who pays!!

4.For a girl,when she is searching for a cloth in the mall,for some time,no world exists for her,running arround,seeing that kurtas,that mix & match...untill she realises that she has come with his guy ( somebody shd be there for payment na),,,,so dear you also exist.....

5.They seek approval & if approval is strong( bus le lo yaar ,ye to bahut acha lag raha hai),then there is no second thought,that has been bought irrespective of weather it was there is the list or not....

6.You may go to diffrent 3-4 places for shopping & not buy anything & then coming back to 1st mall & buy the 1st kurta that she saw!!....where is bloody newton?...he shd have made some law



Oh forgot to mention,when she is paying ( dont know who sees this day) ,if cashier asks for one rupee change,she open her big purse,then a small purse is pulled out....then all the pockets are searched & then finally again the guy says...ruko...i may havethe change ( i know yahan pe bhi guy is at fault,usne pehle kyun nahi bola....)

I thought that this monopoly needs to be broken...so whenever me & wife goes to mall,at the end my shopping bags are more in number than hers...huh!!...


Buy people,its fun,u r at ur best when she is around....!!...so wat r u wating for......go for shopping today itself( with ur purse empty)

control freaks

I was Standing at Andheri Bridge wating for the Light to turn green,means signalling that i have a control on my bike that i can pass through.....I have the right to control the direction of my bike....people were walking by....there was a crowd...a real crowd in hurry to pass...hurry to move ahead in race....the race of life......I saw mother & a kid walking...Mother was holding his hand & he was just running....his pace was controlled by his mother's speed of walking...he cud only save himself from any obstacles on the road but he was not in postion to control his speed.....

A thought came into my mind.........

Control.....the habit of keeping/moving things as per your speed......Many people in life u meet are control freaks.....They love to dictate...they love to dominate...They use words like : "I will tell you" rather than "Lets discuss".....You do it like this only rather than "This can be done in other way also"...Love me rather than I love you...& so on....

People will really love when u ask them ( even if you know he/she will not respond as per your expectation).....What do you think about this subject.....I have tried but.....need your opinion......I am feeling like going to movie/coffee shop,what do u say....?.......These are very small things ...but really work....It really Means YOU ARE REALLY GIVING THEM CONTROL OF THE SITUATION....THE MORE YOU YOU THE MORE YOU WILL BE RESPECTED & ACCEPTED & PEOPLE WILL OPEN ...
UP.....

But it does mean that you do it always.....its just that opinions are often valued more than orders....

Professionaly,If you see,The personal Chracatherstics are driving the business/function......if the CEO is good,postive,has all capabilties of driving the people & processes,the business will grow...if the HOD is egoistic or say personal intrests are more important than work intrests/team intrests/business intrests....then that function slowly be a liabilty than asset....


Over a period of last one year, I have realised is that Work is all about People management ( its not as simple as the word says but yes!!)....you are not doing work yourself but getting it done from people.,....so managing various personalties.....so if we have CONTROL over this.....the chances of going ahead in life are more....since we spend more time in offices than at our home......

So,lets try not to be control freaks ....i read in my north zone office: Strengeth Respects Strength.......

People Around


Aaaah!!! .......is anybody there.....!!...I just heard the voice when i entered her room,I ran & saw she was crying...i was trying my best to make her comfortable,After some time ( which was the only option),she was silent,not talking to me & just looking down & thinking & thinking deep!


I just managed to ask her weather she had breakfast & sucessfully i got an answer also NO....I boiled eggs & put them in bread ( That was the best i cud do with my limited abilties in kitchen).......She ate silently ....i said nothg....i was looking at her.....suddenly..she started....I am full with people but I m still empty,dont know ,what i need from people around but they make me happy for duration not complete.( i for the first time started understanding the meaning of loneliness)......

she always told me that the she was having great friends around but where were they?

She met me via internet chat on yahoo messanger....& we got closer as we started spending more time on chat...We were great friends......& suddenly she disappeared ......& just got to know that she is settled in US....I was happy!


I always thank my friend circle from my enginnering college who really made me what i m today.They used to discuss MBA,career,Job,Big Companies.My thinking was also getting into those & not a small btech job in a smaller firm.I started thinking of doing MBA.

The point is Apart from who we are,we are also groomed a lot by the peple around,both good or bad.

I always have fun with a bunch of people arround,laughing & my idea of enjoyment ( at that time ) is to sit,chat,leg pulling,making witty comments & be a part of that group not by shouting.

My Mom use to say one thing,the way u are,u will always find similar people of ur likliness sooner or later,if u r shrabi,then u will evetually find a company who drinks!

I learnt!

I learnt from a person who was 24 hrs with me except Toilets in engineering that no matter whatever comes,we will navigate!

Every day we come across so many people.

while we were leaving our engineering college,I had a view that people come & go ( dont take me in negative sense which is big problem,I m often misunderstood & sound detached) & we have to move on.By that i didnt mean that as a friend ur role is over but what i meant was we have served a purpose here & lets not affcat our lives by thinking unnessary about past.

A voice came & said : people come & go & we have to move on but some people stay.

She was very loud & clear & then we never met & i heard this statement from many people.

I learnt!


The good thing was with every experince,i was learning.but one belief was getting stronger,The people around you really matter!...who really share your thinking!


We have to be stronger emotionally just searching for other means when we are not ourselves.We have to be engaged in smothg or other,keep doing something.


If we see arround,there is lot positivity,happiness,people around.just wating for you to grab them.
